Sponge Race

What You Will Need:

- Outdoors

-2 sponges

-4 old buckets

-A sharpie

-At least 4 players

-Chalk



Instructions:

Draw a start and finsh line using chalk. Put 2 buckets far apart from eachother on the start line. Fill those buckets with about an inch or two of water. Put a sponge in each bucket on the starting line. Put the other 2 buckets straight across from the ones on the start line but on the finish line. Do not put water in these 2 buckets. Now split up into teams. Each team should have the same amount of people as the other. Each team starts at one bucket on the starting line{ there can only be 2 teams}. The first person behind the bucket gets water soaked up in the sponge and squeezes it into the empty bucket ahead of them. Keep giving people on your team achance to do this until their is an inch or two of water in your bucket. The first team to do this wins!

Fruity Smoothie

What You Will Need

-Half cup orange juice

-half cup peach yogurt

-half cup crushed pinapple

-half bananna

-2 ice cubes

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in blender. Process at a low speed for 15 seconds and then blend to how thick you want your smoothie to be. Now eat up!
